新菸酒管理法明年元旦上路　違規攜帶菸酒將開罰

〔全國廣播／綜合報導〕菸酒管理法第46條修正條文已修法通過，並由行政院訂定於102年1月1日實施，屆時產製或輸入私菸、私酒者將依新修正菸酒管理法第46條規定裁處，違法者將處新臺幣五萬元以上一百萬元以下罰鍰，情節重大最高可處三年有期徒刑及併科罰金新臺幣一千萬元。
